V2 connects directly to the vehicle—no cutting, splicing or reusing part of the original seat harness required. It also retains normal seatbelt-chime operation, so no seatbelt-chime coding is needed.

- Not compatible with North American vehicles. North American cars use a different passenger-occupancy/PODS system.
