About Track Hack

Built from the garage, tested on the road and track

Track Hack started with my own car: a Volkswagen Golf GTI Clubsport.

Like a lot of enthusiasts, I wanted to make the car better without simply throwing parts at it. Every change needed a reason — whether that meant improving performance on track, making the car work better on the road, or solving one of those frustrating little problems that comes with modifying a car properly.

A curated approach to modifying cars

There are thousands of aftermarket parts available, and not all of them make a car better. Track Hack takes a deliberately different approach.

I try to sell parts that I have used myself, personally tested, or genuinely trust in terms of quality, fitment and results. I would rather offer a smaller selection of products I can stand behind than fill the store with parts simply because they are available.

From finding parts to making solutions

Over time, Track Hack has become more than a place to find carefully selected performance parts.

Some of the most useful products have come from problems I encountered while modifying cars myself — particularly racing seat installations, airbag and occupancy systems, and OEM wiring. When a clean solution wasn't readily available, I started developing plug-and-play harnesses and modules instead.

The goal is to make these modifications cleaner, simpler and more reversible, without unnecessarily cutting into factory wiring.

More than VAG

Track Hack grew out of the Volkswagen and Audi community, and those cars remain a big part of what I do. But the philosophy isn't limited to one manufacturer.

As I develop and verify solutions for other platforms, you'll see more products for cars outside the VAG family too. The same rule applies: I want to understand the application and be confident in the product before putting it in the store.
